MotorCity Casino Hotel is proud to announce Motorhead, Reverend Horton Heat and Nashville Pussy at Sound Board Tuesday, September 1st at 7:30 p.m.
Motorhead are a British rock band formed in 1975 by bassist, singer and songwriter Lemmy. The band is ranked #26 on VH1’s 100 Greatest Artists of Hard Rock. In 2005, Motorhead received their first Grammy in the Best Metal Performance category.
Reverend Horton Heat is a three-piece rockabilly and psychobilly band. Their music is a mixture of country, punk, big band, swing and rockabilly, all played loud and energetically with lyrics that are often very humorous. Many of the Reverend Horton Heat songs are being featured in video games and commercials.
Nashville Pussy is a hard rock band formed in 1996. Their musical style mixes hard rock, punk rock, Southern metal and psychobilly. Many of their songs are about sex, drugs, drinking, fighting and rock & roll. The band’s songs are featured in video games and in the movie Super Troopers.
SOUND BOARD, an intimate live performance venue is located at MotorCity Casino Hotel. The venue features four bars and several private suites that are available to create an unforgettable live entertainment event. Complimentary valet and convenient self parking is also available.
