“Medical Crisis” is relevant read for our time. By: Jonathan Bille |

Our nation really is facing a health care crisis. It use to be that the entire family would visit the family doctor, who knew the family, knew their medical history and who, regardless of the families ability to pay, always made sure the family received not only the medical treatment they needed, but also made sure the family received the preventative treatment they needed to stay healthy.
That’s not the way it is anymore. Today in the United States, the medical industry is owned by the insurance and pharmaceutical companies, who have very little interest in keeping people healthy and who’s only focus is the constant increase in profits.
In his new book, “Medical Crisis: Secrets Your Doctor Won’t Share With You,” Dr. Anthony Martin makes the assertion that both breast cancer and prostate cancer are nearly 100 percent preventable.
“Your car has dashboard warning lights to alert you that the oil is low, or you’re out of gas,” said Dr. Martin, “the body has those same warning signals. You just have to know how to read them.”
“Medical Crisis” focuses on four key indicators that the body uses to communicate when something is wrong. The first is energy levels. According to Dr. Martin, if you feel fatigued for more than three weeks straight, that is a very strong indicator that there is something wrong. The second indicator is the body’s PH Balance. When the body’s PH Balance is off, it creates the perfect breading ground for cancer and a host of other problems. The third indicator is an over abundance of free radicals in the body. Free radicals are produced by the body as a process of detoxifying itself. An over abundance of free Radicals can also lead to cancer and other major health problems. The fourth indicator is inflammation. Cells in the body “puff up” to stop bleeding, but when they puff too much they can strangle the arteries and cause coronary heart disease.
The point of “Medical Crisis” is that is the past, your family doctor monitored these warning signals. Now in the new age of medical profit, this just isn’t taking place. Now it’s the responsibility of individuals to monitor these warning signals, and “Medical Crisis” is a great tool to doing just that.
If you’ve made the decision to take charge of your health and medical condition, than you’re going to want to give “Medical Crisis” a read. The book is well written and easy to understand. It’s definitely worth picking up.
