Rascal Flatts Appreciate Awards, Fans
Rascal Flatts has a commanding reign as the CMA's Vocal Group of the Year. The trio captured the title at the 42nd annual CMA Awards for a sixth consecutive year, joining the Statler Brothers as the only bands to log such a lengthy run with the title. But Rascal Flatts' Jay DeMarcus notes he and his band mates don't take such recognition for granted.
The guys add that they love performing for the fans, and they're grateful for the opportunity to entertain people and reach others with their music. Rascal Flatts will be returning to the road early next year. The group will launch the 2009 edition of their "Bob That Head" tour in Charlottesville, Virginia on January 29th. |
