Today in 2001, Oak Ridge Boy William Lee Golden and his wife, Brenda, announced that they were expecting a baby in August. The couple welcomed their new son into the world on August 10th at Baptist Hospital in Nashville. Even though he arrived 12 days early, William Solomon Golden tipped the scales at a healthy six-pounds, 13-and-three-quarters ounces. While William Lee has three sons from a previous marriage, William Solomon is his first child with Brenda. Today in 2003, Shania Twain found herself in the record books as her album "UP!" held the number one spot on the Canadian album charts for the eleventh consecutive week. That achievement broke the record for the longest run on top of the album charts in Canadian Nielsen SoundScan history.
