Jessica Simpson: Billy Corgan Is "Dear Friend"
Jessica Simpson says she considers Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan a "dear friend." While on the air with Ryan Seacrest Tuesday morning, the singer explained that she and Corgan worked together on her new song "Who We Are." Simpson says, quote, "Billy was so kind to be able to help me out with the song...I can't find good enough words to speak about Billy. He's a very, very dear friend." The singer debuted her new Corgan-co-written song on Seacrest's Los Angeles-based radio show. She says she was inspired to write it while working on her VH1 reality show, "The Price Of Beauty." She says, quote, "I define my own beauty for myself...it's really just about being good enough for yourself."
