Lee Brice "Honored" To Get Spoofed By Lady Antebellum
Lee Brice says he feels honored to be "Lady Hazed," the term Lady Antebellum has coined to describe their parody songs. In this week's Webisode Wednesday clip, Lady A's Charles Kelley sings a reworked rendition of Brice's hit "Love Like Crazy," which has been turned into "Biscuits And Gravy" -- an ode to Waffle House cuisine. Lady A's Dave Haywood accompanies on guitar. Brice is calling the parody "really funny," and notes, quote, "I understand that mine is the second song they've spoofed and only two songs in, they've perfected the craft. Hey guys, how about a writing session in the next few weeks?" The first song to get "Lady Hazed" was Easton Corbin's hit "A Little More Country Than That," which Lady Antebellum changed to "A Little More Preppy Than That." The trio's current Webisode Wednesday video is up for viewing on their website, www.LadyAntebellum.com.
